I recently completed the AST BBST Bug Advocacy course. I really enjoyed this course and felt it was worth the investment in time and money. I have already gotten some good ideas from the course that I have been working to apply in my day job. I have also been paying more attention to the quality of my team’s and my bug reporting.

When you come down to it, bug reports are a primary tool for testers. It only makes sense, if you consider yourself a professional, to use the tool as effectively as possible.
